Vacation Pay

Created by Mark Stein, Modified on Fri, 7 Feb at 7:50 AM by Mark Stein

Our vacation policy is following the former policy in place by Hanes.

All full-time employees in the job positions of Center Manager, Store Manager and Assistant manager participate in the vacation pay benefit.

Your "service date" is the date you first started with Hanes to determine how much vacation time you get each year.

Any vacation time accumulated prior to 11/1/24 is being paid out through the Hanes system.

Everyone will start "fresh" with vacation time on 11/1/24 for the year running from 11/1/24-10/31/25.

Vacation time is awarded at the beginning of each policy year.

In the event of termination, we will determine the portion of the policy year that you worked and pro-rate vacation you earned for the year. Then we will deduct any vacation you've taken for the policy year as of your last day.  The earned but unused vacation will be paid out in your last paycheck.

NOTE: Any reference in the attached policy to "calendar year" is amended/changed since are now on a benefit year of 11/1-10/31 of each year.

Please see attached policy for details.
