All employees were sent a CUSTOM email at 2am EST 10/7/2024 to kick off open enrollment. The email comes from noreply@employeenavigator.com.
The email shows the exact way an employee's name is in the system at the start of the email: "Dear John Smith". Be sure to use your name EXACTLY the way it's listed in the email when registering.

There is a registration link in the email. From a desktop/laptop computer, just CLICK on that link, enter a few pieces of information (last of your SSN, name as it appears in the email) and you're registered! Once registered, move screen by screen to select benefits.
Open enrollment ends at midnight EST Sunday, October 13, 2024.
If you can't access the system to register (meaning the system doesn't find your info), PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU'RE ENTERING EVERYTHING CORRECTLY. If you have entered everything correctly and you still have an issue, please create a ticket requesting help on this help desk.
