Voting Time Off

We will observe a "No Meeting Day" (other than business critical needs) at all locations on Election Day.  Exempt associates will have the opportunity to have a flexible workday in order to vote during business hours. Non-exempt associates will be given up to three hours of paid time off to vote.

Staffing and schedules for all stores will be adjusted to ensure flexibility for all associates to vote on Election Day even if that means stores open later or close earlier.

Employees will be allowed to be away from work for up to four hours of unpaid time to vote in an election.
